The Gentlest Exfoliating Sponge You’ll Ever Use

The Konjac sponge is life-changing. It is THE softest exfoliating sponge, 100% natural (made from veggie fibers), helps hydrate skin, and balance pH levels!

This type of sponge was reportedly first used in Japan for bathing newborn babies (like for over 100 years now), because of its’ super soft and non-invasive texture.

It can be used as a facial or body cleansing sponge, and the vegetable fibers that it is made of are from the Konjac (Konnyaku), starchy plant.

I personally use a Konjac sponge to exfoliate my face, as it does not scratch or irritate my skin, but effectively washes away dirt, makeup, oily residue. Most contain various minerals (copper, zinc, iron, magnesium) and antioxidant ingredients, as well as vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, & E), proteins, lipids, and fatty acids. All of which can help smooth, while still nourishing, the skin naturally.  I use one in the morning and at night, which ultimately leaves my skin super clean, yet still constantly super soft and silky to the touch!

You can find them now at most health-food & beauty stores, some grocers, or of course online.

(Get one from Sephora: here , or The Konjac Sponge Company: here )

As Always,
